Quiqup collections (UAE and Saudi Arabia)

Connect your Quiqup account so a courier collects returns from your customer's door.

In the Gulf, customers don't expect to queue at a drop-off point. With Quiqup a courier comes to their address and collects the parcel. Yoyo books that collection on your Quiqup account when the return is confirmed.

Quiqup covers the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Before you start

You need a Quiqup business account. Ask your Quiqup account manager for a Client ID and Client secret for API access.

Connect

Open Shipping & Carriers

Go to Settings → Shipping & Carriers, find Quiqup under Carriers and click Set up.

Enter your Client ID and Client secret

Leave Environment on Production unless Quiqup has given you sandbox details for testing.

Choose your account type

Pick Delivery / collection if a courier brings parcels back to your own address. Pick Fulfilment if Quiqup's warehouse holds your stock and returns go back there.

Add your return address

Include a phone number. Couriers call ahead, so bookings need one. Quiqup also needs the map position of your warehouse, which the form asks for as latitude and longitude. You can copy both from Google Maps by right-clicking your building.

Test and switch on

Click Test, then turn Quiqup on.

What the customer sees

After confirming their return, the customer is told that Quiqup will be in touch to arrange a collection from their address. There's no label to print. The portal is available in Arabic with a right-to-left layout.

Typical prices

Home collection is usually 15 to 25 AED in the UAE and 20 to 35 SAR in Saudi Arabia, same day or next day. Your Quiqup agreement decides what you pay, and Quiqup invoices you directly.

Good to know

  • The courier uses the phone number on the customer's order to arrange the collection, so it helps if your checkout asks for one.
  • The return's tracking chip on your Returns page updates as Quiqup collects and delivers the parcel.
  • If a booking fails, the return is still confirmed. You'll see it on the return with a Generate label button to try again.
